Udaya started his career at the young age of 20 while studying for his B. Com (Special) at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura. He now has over 39 years of experience in the fields of local manufacturing and medicine. During his tenure, Sisili Projects Consortium has grown with each year and each new challenge.
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Having graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA, with a BSc(Hons) in Electrical Engineering Technology, Chinthaka had the ideals of entrepreneurship firmly inculcated in him at an early age. He gained his experience in successfully deploying viable businesses, and further honing skills in niche areas such as Environmental Engineering, through formal education and project experience.

Samudra is an Associate Member of CIMA-UK, a Member of CPA Australia, and holds an MBA from the Australian Institute of Business. He counts over 22 years of experience across several diverse industries in the service and manufacturing sectors.

Susiri completed his Masters in Business Leadership from the University of South Africa and B.Com (Special) degree from the University of Sri Jayawardenepura. He was the Ambassador/ Permanent Representative of Sri Lanka to World Trade Organization from 2015-2019 and the Director General of Commerce of the Department of Commerce (2013-2015). Yasantha completed his BSc Degree in Agriculture from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, and MSc in Bio-System Engineering from the Post Graduate Institute of Agriculture, University of Peradeniya. At Encare he leads the development of technologies required for circular models in new environmental engineering businesses. Incinerator plant design, manufacturing, installation, commissioning and operation, and troubleshooting are done with his direct leadership.

Ashiff Muzahique is a dynamic business leader and manufacturing expert with over 15 years of experience in the food, cosmeceutical, herbal, and pharmaceutical sectors. He is a Certified Management Accountant (CMA – Australia) with an MBA from the University of West London, a Certified Marketing Professional (CPM – Asia). His career includes serving as Assistant General Manager at CIC Holdings PLC, and over a decade at Bio Extracts (Pvt) Ltd under Expo Lanka Holdings and Aberdeen Holdings. Renowned for driving revenue growth, Ashiff combines strategic vision with operational excellence to deliver lasting value and business success.

Since 1990, Nalinda has acquired extensive experience in Auditing, Finance, Recoveries, Branch Operations, and Marketing. He has held many senior positions in leading conglomerates in Sri Lanka, such as Vanik Incorporation Ltd, Genesisi Networks (Pvt) Ltd, E. W. Balasooriya & Company (PVT) Ltd, and Capital Reach Leasing Ltd and Softlogic Finance PLC prior to joining Encare. He now overlooks the areas of Logistics, Recoveries, Sales, and Customer Care at Encare.

Nadiesha holds a Bachelor of Technology in Engineering specializing in Civil Engineering from the Open University of Sri Lanka and a Postgraduate Diploma in Environmental Engineering and Management from the University of Moratuwa & pursuing an MBS at University of Colombo. She is Associate Engineer of the Engineering Council (SL) & Associate Member of the Institute IESL & member of IET(UK).

Panchana holds an MBA from the University of Wales. He has been working at Sisili Projects Consortium since 2022 and holds the position of Manager Human Resources and Administration. He has 10 years of professional experience in Human Resources and supports building healthy industrial relations while streamlining company policies and practices.

Isuru Jayathunga is an accomplished accounting and finance professional with over 13 years of experience, including 5+ years in managerial roles. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCA), the Chartered Management Accountants of Sri Lanka (FCMA), and the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (FMAAT), as well as an Associate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK). He holds a Marketing Management degree from Sabaragamuwa University and is pursuing an MBA in Finance at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.

Sahan holds an advanced diploma from CIMA (UK). He has been working at Sisili Projects Consortium (PVT) Ltd since 2023 & holds the position of Internal Auditor. He has over 16 years of professional experience in Internal Auditing & Financial activities in leading conglomerates in Sri Lanka, Sahan is directly involved in all operational auditing activities & process improvement activities while streamlining company SOPs.

Amjad brings extensive experience in business development, strategy and cross-border partnerships, with leadership roles spanning Sri Lanka and international markets. He has led corporate growth, market expansion, investment strategy, joint ventures and technology partnerships with private enterprises and global counterparties. His experience also includes public-sector engagement, supporting policy processes and multi-stakeholder coordination. This blend of private-sector execution and public-sector fluency enables him to navigate complex regulatory, institutional and commercial ecosystems. Amjad studied Philosophy, Politics and Economics at the University of Maryland, USA and is a Public Policy Fellow at St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.

Charith brings over 15 years of experience in both public and private sector organizations, with expertise in administration and business development. Having worked in both local and international businesses, he contributes valuable experience and knowledge to the company, enabling it to take the next step into the future.
Charith is quick to learn new skills, adapts confidently to different environments and is a cooperative and supportive team member who enjoys working collaboratively to achieve common goals.
His friendly personality, strong interpersonal skills and ability to relate comfortably with people further enhance his contributions. He is an alumnus of S. Thomas’ College, Mount Lavinia, and holds a BCS Professional Graduate Diploma and an Advanced Diploma in IT. Additionally, he is CompTIA A+ certified and has earned MCP and ECDL certifications from Southampton, UK.
