In 2014, Sisili Hanaro Encare Pvt. Ltd took a significant step in addressing the clinical waste crisis in Sri Lanka by utilizing advanced international technologies. Partnering with experts from South Korea, we quickly established ourselves as a prominent solution provider in the region.
Our initiative began as a Public-Private Partnership with the Central Environment Authority and the Ministry of Health, culminating in the creation of Sri Lanka’s first centralized clinical waste treatment facility. This facility has become a model for successful public-private partnerships in the management of hazardous waste. By integrating municipal sanitary and clinical waste management, we have set a new standard for the safe and efficient treatment of hazardous materials.
