Being as a devoted family man as he is, it is incredible how Udaya has time left for managing multi-million Rupee contracts, satisfying all of our clients and managing a vast team of professionals under his command. His resolve is well-known, making him admired by co-workers.
Yasantha Gunaratne
General Manager Technical | Sisili Hanaro Encare
Yasantha completed his B.S.c Degree in Agriculture from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka, and M.Sc. in Bio-System Engineering from the Post Graduate Institute of Agriculture, University of Peradeniya.
Currently, he has been working at Encare since 2014 and now holds the position of General Manager – Technical. He overlooks operations, troubleshooting and optimizing the Medical Waste Incinerator facility. He also overlooks the local fabrication and design of medium Scale Incinerator plants
for different waste streams.
Anjula Koralagamage

his organizing and team leading skills are. Following forming Sisili Hanaro Encare, Anjula currently overlooks all financial and strategic planning at Cleanline Linen Management, Anjula has built up a
reputation and a skillset worthy of a Head of Finance during the course of completing his CIMA Qualifications. His constant focus at work is on budgeting, forecasting and cost control
Sawani Silva
Finance Manager
Sawani Silva is multi-disciplined accounting professional offering more than 8 years of experience in the field of Accounting and Auditing with more than 3 years post qualifications experience as a member of CA Sri Lanka. She has contributed to SJMS Associates as an Audit Supervisor possessing 3 years of experience in Auditing. She has worked in the field of finance for over 5 years and currently using her in-depth knowledge to help the firm grow, while maintaining the financial and managerial procedures as per industry standards. She also has completed Master of Business Administration at the University of Colombo
this year.
Chinthaka Abeysekera
Chief Executive Officer
Having graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University, USA, with a Bachelor of Science, Electrical Engineering Technology (Hons) on a full tuition scholarship, Chinthaka had the idea of entrepreneurship firmly inculcated at an early age. He gained his experience in successfully deploying viable businesses, and further honing skills in niche areas such as Environmental Engineering – through formal education and project experience.
Duleep Dasanayake
General Manager - Sisili Projects Consortium
Having qualified from Cardiff Metropolitan University, U.K. with a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Duleep overlooks all operations of Sisili’s Healthcare and Pharmaceutical components. With over 23 years experience in the healthcare industry out of which over 18 years have been with AstraZeneca which is amongst the top 10 global MNC pharmaceutical companies globally. During this tenure, he has successfully launched and managed specialised products in the fields of Gastroenterology, Oncology, Microbiology, Critical care and Cardiology.
Nalinda Ranaraja
Head of Operations | Sisili Hanaro Encare
Nalinda started his professional career at Ford Rhodes Thornton & Company. Since 1990 he has extensive experience in Auditing, Finance, Recoveries, Branch Operations and Marketing. Mr. Ranaraja was holding many senior positions in leading conglomerates in Sri Lanka, such as Vanik Incorporation Ltd, Genesisi Networks (Pvt) Ltd, E. W. Balasooriya & Company (PVT) Ltd, Capital Reach Leasing Ltd, prior to joining Encare and has functioned as the Deputy General Manager – Recoveries at Softlogic Finance. Mr. Nalinda Ranaraja overlooks the areas of Logistics, Recoveries, Sales and Customer Care.

Ltd And Lankem Ceylon (Pvt.) Ltd.
