Front Office Coordinator

The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for efficiently maintaining an organized and professional looking front office space. As the first face a guest or visitors will see upon entering the office, the Front Desk Coordinator must be articulate, friendly, and detail-oriented and have stellar customer service and interpersonal skills.

The Job: –

    • Meeting and greeting guests as they enter the office providing excellent hospitality and addressing their needs
    • Answering phone calls, taking messages and distributing them accordingly.
    • Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails to Chairman, CEO & COO.
    • Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
    • Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders and Assist in vendor relationship management.
    • Process management correspondence, ensuring that incoming correspondence is dealt with by the management/or on behalf of the  management, or other staff as appropriate.
    • Managing calendars and responsible for reservations.
    • Maintain files and records with effective filing systems
    • Monitor office expenditures and handle all office contracts (rent, service etc.)
    • Perform basic bookkeeping activities and update the accounting system
    • Developing and maintaining a high level of company knowledge and professionalism
    • Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
    • Keeping the front desk, reception area, lobby and conference rooms tidy.

The pre-requisites for the position would be: –

    • Must be excellent communicators. This includes being comfortable speaking with people over the phone, through email and in person
    • 1-3 years of experience working in a customer service or administrative position
    • Experience working with Microsoft and Google Suites
    • Can-do attitude, motivated to succeed and passionate about helping others
    • Strong leadership skills
    • Ability to multi-task, good organizational and time management skills
    • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret verbal and written instructions
    • Detail-oriented

Business Development Executive

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, he/she will support the growth of the Company by identifying viable new business opportunities, conducting necessary market research, developing and fostering relationships, successful project delivery and improving profitability through careful strategic planning and positioning in the appropriate markets, or to enhance the operation of the existing business, position or reputation by improving systems of current practises and/or designing modifications.

The Job: –

    • Researching business markets (both local and global) to identify new opportunities, leads and potentials
    • Development of business opportunity through data gathering, analyzing, inferencing and report generation
    • Assist in Defining Project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements, forming the project team and establishing project  budgets.
    • Monitoring progress of the project by tracking identity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports and recommending remedies.
  • Fostering relationships with business units (both external and internal) and individuals that are crucial for both project delivery and successful implementation

The pre-requisites for the position would be:

    • Ability to operate in Sinhala and English (both written and spoken) at a business level.
    • Knowledge in written and spoken Tamil will be an added advantage
    • Presentation and adaptable social skills are required.
    • Degree in Business/Engineering and/or similar qualifications from a professional body
    • 2-3 years of similar work experience
